TEAM & LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT

  • Our team and leadership development opportunities are tailored to meet your unique needs and can incorporate: 
    • Keynote speakers, interactive discussions, or workshops
    • One-on-one mentoring or coaching
    • Organizational leadership development programs, which typically range from 6 to 12 months.
  • We can also help you implement our E2 System for Elevating People and Creating Enduring Organizations. This is a comprehensive annual system that helps leaders assess and develop current talent.

STRATEGIC PLANNING & EXECUTION

  • We use our P2E System (based on the strategic planning model used in the Pentagon and adapted for Corporate America) for Planning, and Problem Solving and Execution. We work with you and your team from start to finish to meet today's challenges and to capitalize on tomorrow's opportunities. More importantly, we are with you as you execute, make in stride assessments, and implement the associated adjustments that are necessary to meet emerging challenges. 
  • Our collaborative approach builds team cohesion, keeps the team informed, ensures everyone understands the why, and leverages the talent that you have on your team. 
  • As we plan and execute to meet today’s challenges, we are also building your company’s future by teaching your team. We will leave you with a team that has the knowledge, tools, and the training to conduct strategic planning and to execute with flexibility in today’s dynamic environment.
  • We can cover this in a seminar and turn it over to you, or we can serve as your strategic partner from planning through execution and beyond. A typical partnership is 6 to 18 months. 

MENTORING AND COACHING

  • As leaders, we all need someone to serve as an objective sounding board, someone we trust, who has experience, has faced obstacles, and relates to our circumstances. Our network has vast experience, leading large diverse organizations, which you can leverage through a one-on-one mentoring or coaching program.
